    Keeping Insulin at room temperature

    I always leave mine in the fridge until ready to use it, gets pretty hot here too. Also with it in the fridge I know it is safe and not out where it could possibly get broken. I would think as long as your house stays right around room temperature it should be fine.

    Peripheral Neuropathy

    I have neuropathy and take cymbalta for it. Mine is from t1 diabetes. Cymbalta works great for the pain.

    Just fyi Age has nothing to do with Type 1. I was 35 when I got t1. Most of the time it is kids that get it but when your pancreas decides it's time to stop working it can be at any age.
