recently added novorapid and now 50 units per day Things getting worse ?

walking, distances getting shorter.

I would like to get enough energy to nowadays to live * I only last 4 hours plus without falling asleep during the day. Enjoy cruises...except for the people on the cruise at times.
Dislikes
gooseberries fish, medium to hot spices, strong alcohol as it does not agree with my liver
