Mine was 7 then I became ill I was building antibodies to the insulin I was on the pork and bovine insulin even on MDI could not get below 8.5 now 5.8 have not had one over 6.8 in 8years.

It's a pain waiting I know been pumping for 8 and half years but had to jump through hoops to get there multiple injection trials,if I could not get my hba1c below 8.5 then you succeeded or if you had other problems like multiple hypos. Or problems like injecting etc your get there it probably...

No but it is not as yet accurate enough to rely on for working out insulin amounts in my opinion I trialled it can get you into trouble with hypos

I would totally agree change time remembering pump is master change time on pump first then check hand set use TBR for cycle problems and check BG levels more often best of luck.
