Thanks, that's helpful. My blood sugar is 38 and stayed at that even with reduced medication. I have lost some weight but would like to lose a little more so will likely fill in the form and ask to speak to a nurse/doctor befor going ahead. I appreciate you taking the time to answer.

I've just been invited to participate but I'm not sure whether to do it as my blood sugar is back to normal now.
