Get new sensors from them. I think about 30% fail. It often starts with crashing blood sugar alert but needle prick test doesn’t confirm.
I was told on the phone that my phone wasn’t compatible because I upgraded to the latest software update. Ridiculous.
They are great when they work but...
I agree. I’m still using it but find that about 30-49% of them fail. I keep getting told that my phone operating system isn’t compatible because I’ve updated with the latest version. (iPhone 14 pro). Ridiculous if they’re saying you have to run old operating systems.
I phone up and get new...
I’ve had this a lot lately. I’ve spoken to them several times. Apparently it’s because I’m using the latest Apple IOS and the sensors aren’t compatible yet! I know ridiculous, you can only keep connected if you don’t update IOS.
Me too, I looked it up and metformin was causing my b12 to be dangerously low. When I spoke to my gp about it I wasn’t believed until I sent the article on the nhs web site about the link between metformin and b12.
I am completely off metformin now and b12 is normal.
My iron levels were also...

I have had the same issues and have a libre sensor. Through trial and error I have discovered that lowering my evening insulin dose it no longer happens.
Occasionally when I have had very low carb meals my levels dropped to the stage that the low sugar alarm went off, it then shot up.

Hi I am on slow acting insulin and always get spikes when I eat anything, even the lowest amount of low carb. I also get very low (hypo bordering) readings with any exercise.
Are highs and lows potentially harmful? My GP doesn’t seem worried but I can’t believe it’s ok.
