    Just checking in

    Newbie trying to stay out of the diabetic zone by huge life changing diet control. So far so good. However I have some concerns about my left foot. On the ball of my foot some small holes have appeared. Looks like a small cluster of pin holes, feels sore. Have rubbed in some Savalon. Worried.
