    High blood glucose reading

    Hi I me new to forum's of any sort, but I've just checked my blood sugar,and it's 15.2 I'm normally around 9/10 so a tad concerned. I doubt this e-mail thing will get to anyone, the wife treated me to this Kindle machine and I've no idea how to use the thing.
