Hi all
Can someone explain to me why my b/s reading is higher after I've been on the treadmill? I drink during exercise so shouldn't be dehydrated. Is there another reason for this? thanx xx
Thanx everyone - By a lot I mean 2 or 3 tins daily OR 6 large fresh tomatoes. It doesn't affect my b/s reading but I suppose what I meant was could it be affecting my health in general. I have had Gall Bladder pain for about a week now & it could be the acid that Viviennem mentioned. :?
