hi all, never even considered caffine withdrawal - could make sense. The only thing against it is its been going for over 3 months - although i have chocolate / fizzy drinks in that time, so maybe a yo yo effect?? so would you suggest cutting all caffine or having a small daily amount?? cheers RG
