I have my annual review and tests at the end of next week and have been expecting a delay but haven't heard anything yet.

I have been off the statins for just over a month and certainly feel a lot better in myself and sleeping good as well. I have my annual blood tests etc in 10 days time, and then my review. It must be a new thing, as my review is with the pharmacist at the surgery. I didn't know they employed one.

Just an update, it is only 4 or 5 days that I have stopped taking the statins and already I am sleeping better and my muscle pain has lessened too!

The more I have researched statins, the more scary I find their effects. However, today is the first day of the rest of my life without statins. Feeling very confident about it especially with the moral support received here.
