Does doing exercise before checking blood levels adversely affect the reading as tested the theory twice now and it seems to. Would normally be between 4 - 5.5 after 2 hrs eating but doing exercise bike for 15 mins then checking levels at 2 hrs it is 3.6 which is real low for me.

Im having the same issue. Put on metformmin, now 3 a day as my lvls are really high. Also on invokana to make pancreus work harder. Got real fuzzy eyesight but diabetic nurse said not to worry to much as it happens to most people but am also getting checjed by optician next week. Good luck

Same thing as basically happened to me aswell as Tabbykat. Had several symptoms for a while. Got checked by doctors and pee sample high in sugars then bloods high. Got phone call from gp to say diabetic nurse would be in touch. Week and half later tells me very high sugar, hetes your tablets
