Just wondering why i keep having hypos during the night and end up raiding the fridge at 3am every morning. My blood result before i went to bed was 8.9 (high but thats quite good for me.. i didnt take any insulin before bed as i fell asleep so didnt get the chance but at 3am i was waking up...

I dont drive atm no, and im dyslexic so carb counting sounds awful for me.. anything to do with numbers just frazzles my brain. And whats a DSN?

I test probably 5 times a week.. i only test so little as i know when im going low or have high sugar levels. (I know i shouldnt think like that) and carb counting? No ive never been told to do anything like that, also dont know how to. Sent from my SM-G925F using Diabetes.co.uk Forum mobile app

Hello thanks for replying. Im currently on Novorapid and lantus.. and injecting 5 times a day.. i do test but probably not as often as i should. And i just hate having diabetes ive never got over it when diagnosed.. i hate how i cant go out with my mates without worrying what im eating or...
