    Yogurt

    Tesco's or Lidl full fat Greek yoghurt. I have it with breakfast (2 weetabix, or similar, nuts and sunflower seeds, flaxseed powder and a banana) and a milk/protein whey smoothie on the side. My HbA1c was 48, this week. Cholesterol levels both in the lower part of the accepted scale.
