Thank you for the response. I was waiting for a reminder but something tells me that the literature stated this wouldnt be so. I have e-mailed the NHS contact for clarification of what to do next.. Thanks for the help.

I have had my medical exemption prescription charge certificate card now since December 2008 and is due for renewal 27/12 2013, 10 days time. How do I go about the renewal. I have had no reminders. Do I need to obtain a form and send off for the exemption card. Any advice would be welcome.
