I am 66yrs old on 23rd January diabetic for 11yrs on insulin trying very hard to get off it hah my best blood results in December 5.9 doctor very pleased.not done so well over christmas trying to get back on track have a lot of weight to loose. hope to get some good advice and make some friends.:)
