I would leave it untill diagnosed and then inform insurance and DVLA
If type 2 there should be no change in price but they both need to be informed when diagnosed

Send forms in but keep hold of licences until they reply to you if unsure phone the DVLA medical section and they will help you
As a type 2 and class 1 holder (old school) I would say there is a strong possibility you will loose your 7.5t entitlement :-( I know as class 1 holder I would loose...
If you check with airline or travel agent they will advise you on most of that stuff. I know when I went to Australia I needed to fill in a visa form (joke tbh) and needed a letter from doctors stating what meds I was on

Thank for that Anna it has cleared up a problem I had with fuzzy/cloudy head when first diagnosed. Was only on a Sunday !!! And after about 18-24 month it seems to have cleared :-)

Before I was diagnosed type two I suffered with bad thrush but within 24 hours of starting metformin it was totally clear :-) and not had a problem since. As for ED not had a problem (yet)
