Thank you, going to stick with the TDR until the end of the program.

When I found out in July I was T2 my HbA1c was 55, had my second blood test done this week and now my HbA1c is 44 [emoji2]really happy with the results. Have been on the TDR program through my GP if anyone gets the chance to go on this take it.

Hi Pipp, I have been on this for 6 days now have to admit it's hard I have stuck to the plan and lost 4.8 kg so far. You have coaches now who call you every week to check up on your progress, they will also help you introduce food back in to your diet after the 12 weeks.

Hi everyone, i have just been told by my doctor that i have type 2 diabetes my score was 55? I have an appointment with the nurse on Tuesday. I am unsure of what will happen next. Would much appreciate any help as my emotions are all over the shop.
