Hi All, I've had Impaired Glucose Tolerance for years and in the last 4 weeks have been diagnosed as Type 2. I'm on tablets (not Metformin as I'm intolerant to it) and continue monitoring my diet. My Diabetic Nurse tells me one minute I'm fine and then the next, to take Type 2 seriously...
