Hi all, just joined this group so a little information about me. I'm 71 and have raised blood sugar levels (44 at last test 2 weeks ago ) 2018 test result was 43. Changed diet, lost a stone in weight, tested again, result 35. Ine year ontested again, no change in my diet etc, back up to 42...
