Evening folks.
Currently on low carb diet and i have a query.
How do people manage when staying at hotels?
I am due to be away for a week staying at a Premier Inn that has a restaurant. Any advice for maintaining low carb?
Thanks
Had a rough day at work today and at lunch i took myself out for a walk. Started feeling light headed...probably should have eaten before i went out. I gave in to temptation in Subway.....
Not good...bad Sam. Normally i would beat myself up pretty badly which would set off my need to confort...
There are blood tests to prove it isn't anything else, that's what they did with me, tested for everything else to rule them out then eventually diagnosed M.E.
EB is Epstein Barr...that i know of. Also called glandular fever. I had this in 2006 it took weeks to diagnose by which time i was in hospital on 2 drips cos i couldnt keep anything down.
Have a look at this link regarding CFS it might help. No tests just things a doctor looks for...
Sorry CFS is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. M.E. is Mualgic Ecephalopathy or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis as it was known as.
Nowadays they are considered the same thing but originally 2 seperate illnesses.
Lol Snapsy go you. The course starts in May but my gym membership through work starts next week so i am going to get in the pool and do some strength workouts.
My sister is running the marathon think i will stick to 5k and 10k lol
