    I know bret I am trying I will cut out sweets for a few day's but end up buying them again I also cut out the coke and buy sugar free but doesn't taste the same

    Hi my name is Sam I have been a type 2 for about 7 years now and still do not have good control I am on 4 metformin a day plus 2 gliclazide plus 1 sitagliptin for my diabetes plus other medication as I only have one functioning kidney my biggest failure is coke and sweets I don't like diet juice...
