I've been diagnosed as a diabetic Type 2 for 3 years now. My Dad and Grandmother are both Diabetic Type 2 also. My doctors are terrible and haven't really given me much support or advice as to controlling my glucose levels. Although my highest numbers have only been 7.2
So I've joined to try and educate myself as I'm in dire need of inspiration to lose weight (i have a BMI of 40+)
