    I inject twice a day with no carb count but I have cut right down meals are eaten about the same time everyday

    I was put on insulin about 2 months ago the db nurse said to keep upping the units on my insulin until my levels are around 8 I’m now on 50 units of insulin and my levels are between 10 and 12 does this sound right the insulin I’m on is humulin M3

    I’ve been using h3 insulin the dB told me to keep putting the units up till my levels are around 8 my levels are between 10 and 12 which is the lowest I’ve been for years but I’m taking 50 units of insulin does this sound right

    My numbers are about 14ish most of the time but hopefully increasing insulin every few days it will start coming down

    I didn’t stop metfomin before starting insulin I had a reaction to it so stopped it years ago

    Haven’t had any tests yet. Cant take most of the usual tables because of side affects . My blood sugars are quite high about 14 ish so the dn started me on humulin m3 twice a day have to keep increasing it till I get it lower

    I had to stop taking Metformin because of diarrhoea it really upset my tummy
