My husband is recently diagnosed type 2 and prescribed Metformin. Our problem is that he is continuing to lose weight (lost 8kg prior to diagnosis). He currently weighs 78kg and is 5’ 11” so doesn’t want to lose much more. We are looking for recommendations as to what to eat that can help him...
