Type 2.
Breakfast is usually 2 eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, whatever I feel like that morning) and 2 pieces of turkey bacon.
Lunch is usually a salad and an atkins frozen meal or a sandwich roll up (no bread).
Dinner is usually either chicken, beef, steak or fish with a salad and veggies...
I received blood test results a few weeks ago and my A1c was 7.2. I was told to start a low carbohydrate diet. However, since starting it, my fasting morning reading has gone from 120-140 to 175+! Why would this be?
What can I do?
