#DiabeticProblems bruises come part and parcel. I try to reduce the risk by changing my needles on the regular!

@Freema I can see you are from Denmark, I love it there visit Amsterdam a lot when I frequent the coffee shops the feeling I get is often like I am having a hypo always check my sugar and it usually fine! And it's a lot safer than alcohol! [emoji23]
I started the gym about 5 months ago and it is the best thing that's happened to me and my t1 diabetes! Went from 89 hba1c to 61 and working my way to the dream bod I want! I have noticed my blood goes high after a hard work out and I mainly do weights. I'm still learning but hope to get tighter...
Mine was up in the 80's for a few years, wasn't since I had to have laser on my eyes that I thought **** need to sort my life out! So last few months been working really hard and it has come down to 61! Been told it should be 59 below so getting there! Eating better and gyming it a lot!
