So update had diabetic review with healthcare assistant she's done my bloods so should have them back in a couple of days, diabetic foot check was normal no problems, showed her my readings and she's booked me an appointment on the 31st July with the diabetic nurse to look at going on medication...

I do have a diabetic review tomorrow so will be discussing the numbers with the nurse so will see what they suggest I'm pretty much eating the same as I did last year when I did keto and the numbers come down so hopefully with a bit more time I'll see some improvement
