Ok i am T1 and i was told diabetics cant take any cold and flu relief not because of the sugar but coz we are high risk of blood clots and some stuff in the medication highers the risk.... being the bad diabetic i am just take them anyway and make sure i move around more lol more walking more...

Years ago i tried something called "the pink patch" for weight loss it was quite good as it turned just a walk into a full work out as far as fat burning goes. I know i found it online but havent seen it since. If you could find it maybe it would help. You wear it like a nicotine patch xx

Yeah i do sometimes do correction doses but not very ofter as it means another injection to do lol. If. I do any insulin when i get up then i end up hypo either running around trying sort the kids out or on the school run so i dont bother but by the time i get back im sky high it really is...
