March 2015 Diagnosed with Type 2 but wasn't contacted with diagnosis. HbA1c 54
April 2018 Arm twisted to have blood test at new surgery and got Type 2 diagnosis. No symptoms. HbA1c 56 weight went from 63kg to 47kg

Walk every day at least 5k. Strength training for Seniors (!) twice a week.

Gardening, sewing, reading, knitting and crochet.
Dislikes
Needles!
