Had type 1 for 43 years,I'm now 54..nothing I do is right..I just want to give up now

Had type 1 diabetes since age 11,now 54.Taking levemir at night and midday..novorapid as and when I eat...Taking stations for cholesterol gir years...On blood pressure tablets for 6months...Anti depressants since I was 27...I just give up..nothing more I can do...don't want to be here anymore...

Had enough today...thinking of not eating anymore..can't control my blood sugars...
