Thank you so much for replying. Its very draining isn't it bleeding for such a prolonged time. I'm trying not to worry as smear, bloods and my internal examination were all clear but you still worry don't you?

I was diagnosed Type 1 when I was having my son who is now 3 (tomorrow).
I had a c section and since then I have had awful periods, heavy and long (sometimes 14 days!).
Also had a few times of spotting around ovulation.
This month my period is 14 days and towards the end very gunky...

are you thinking of Sly in Rambo? I think he does something like that, then he manages (in the middle of the jungle no less!) to sow his arm practically back on lol !! They dont make films like that anymore ;)
hahaha , in my 20s that was definitely my idea of a good exercise plan, but with 2 children under 5, its more the type of exercise you can do at home that's easier now! Which isn't always that bad ;)
you actually answered a question I was going to ask about exercise. At the moment i do the hip hop workout on youtube 6 days a week, as i really enjoy it and find i sweat buckets if i do the whole routine but wondered what else i could do. Thanks for your advice xx

i think long term i would introduce a wider range of food. I love cooking so ordered myself some new cook books aimed at healthier eating etc.and i suppose in summer its easier to eat salads,so will find alternatives once...
