Am really confused, ive newly been diagnosed with type one, and am still trying to work out a good diet and am on 4 injections a day, if i could reduce this to less it would be great. Ive been told however that carb's should make up the main element of my diet, and after reading bits and peices...

hey, just thought would say hello, ive only recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, very out of the blue. just thought i would try and understand better by talking to people with experience as am abit lost with everything. so just saying hello !
