    Lyumjev prescription

Hi all, sorry for the radio silence. To answer a few questions, @MarkMunday I already low carb around <50g a day is my norm. I also exercise 2,3 times a week to help with insulin resistance. I would say that my only option at this point has been to shift to intermuscular doses with a pen using...

    Lyumjev prescription

Hi, I've recently tried to switch my rapid insulin from Fiasp, which now has lost it's fast onset to the new Ultra rapid Lyumjev by EC Lilly. I've managed to dig out the prescription PIP codes but for some reason both my GP and my diabetes team are being really odd about making a switch...

Lilly's new faster Lispro recommended for EU approval

I really hope this doesn't turn out to be like Fiasp. It was amazing to start with then lost it's rapid onset and increased my I:C ratio by 50%. I'm optimistic though, Ultra rapid insulin is probably the thing that would make the most difference to me at this point.

    Omnipod DASH

So, going by my enquiries all users of the current system need to see out the 4 year warranty period before they can switch to the DASH. There is a plan for people to purchase the new DASH handset themselves via Insulet and then bypass this restriction but they do not know the cost of this. I'd...

    Omnipod DASH

So are you based in London?. That's the only borough that I've seen anything on about availability.

    Omnipod DASH

I noticed that the UK myomnipod site is now marketing the Omnipod DASH pump, has anyone switched or know anything about UK availability?

Mixing Hypurin Porcine and Fiasp in a pump. Any help?

I mix 50 / 50. NovoRapid / Fiasp. The jury is still out whether I should bother, I don't seem to have brought back the rapid onset that I enjoyed with Fiasp int he first few months of use. Roll on Lispro.

    closed looping

Much appreciated, I've set myself up and backfilled data from Xdrip+ for a month. I don't know if it's me but the generated report is a little off, the recommended basal suggestions are all 10-15% lower than what I've set, even through periods where I'm looking to avoid peaks as opposed to...

Does anyone have a good route to utilise Xdrip or HAPP, or something else to dial in your I/C ratio? Like an autotune mode where you plug in your carb intake, insulin bolus and it looks at instances where after your BG didn't return back to wherever your BG started after all carb...

    Loopable pumps?

Where's the best place to keep on top of the Omnipod alpha progress?. IGNORE THAT: Slack seems to be the place.

Libre, MM, xdrip, Android, Garmin watch.

It really depends on the sensor, mostly I find that all sensors deviate quite a lot from 6am-9am so I do my first calibration at about 11. Then again before I go to sleep assuming I have the right conditions to do so. Then unfortunately, like in the example of the current sensor I find that...

How Many Hypo's Is Too Many?

This is a really good point, there's also a big difference between being under 3mmol/l feeling low but otherwise still able to help oneself and being incoherent and unable to do anything to help yourself. Perhaps this is another benefit of Low Carb. Not banging on that drum again, but I've been...

    New to Fisap

Hi Tim, I can't remember who's blog I read but it might have been you. Did you not mix 50/50 Fiasp and NovoRapid to bring back the rapid Fiasp absorption profile that had diminished a few months after use?. It seems to be that my carb ratio, onset and daily dose has become significantly worse...
