I had similar problem with tingling and painful feet it was eventually diagnosed as neuropathy which is the diabetes destroying the nerve ends in your feet.

In the last six months under supervision by my doctor Ive had to increase my Lantus level by 30% to get my readings right,it worked but I'm now suffering from diarrhoea.It was mentioned in the latest Balance mag that Lantus might be the cause,I wonder if anyone else has any views.I do intend to...
