Hi Phillip Thanks for the great advice I will check out Amazon. I do eat a fair bit of nuts (monkey ones that is). I don't drink either so beer is out :) Your right about the carbs, I miss them dearly but health first. Quorn will be investigated also. Kind regards Simon.
