I am in France so might be a little different. But for the sensors, Abbott gave me a supply of prepaid envelopes to which they want us to send used sensors back to them. The envelope can hold upto 27 sensors.
No, I did not terminate the previous sensor. but I did a terminate after I saw Unknown address in the sensor settings.
In future I will terminate the old address. Many thanks.
I have also moved the envelope of old sensors to another part of the house.
So, I done mine correctly. But still getting no connection on occasions. I find at the moment that after several scans with no joy, I reboot the phone and then it works ok. I must say, I do not find the 2+ an improvement. I much preferred the 2, which ran very smoothly for me.

Hi, I started a new sensor this evening and had problems with it. What I done was scan with the reader to start new sensor, then after 1 hour I scanned with Juggluco. I was getting sensor error, but after a few scans it started ok. But on the sensor page it showed unknown address...

Xdrip is working fine. It was the logs which was throwing me.
I have now uninstalled OOP2. One other question, when starting a new sensor is it the same as before ie scanning with a reader to start sensor?

OOP2 was working perfectly for me with Libre 2 but very badly with 2+...
I was forced to change from libre 2 to libre 2+ so I updated xdrip and OOP2 to latest versions but found the bluetooth connection was very unstable, it was more missed signals than actual connections. I also use Xdrip to communicate data to my watch.
I tried installing Juggluco and just scanned...
I live in France and 2 weeks ago I had an MRI. I was asked to remove my sensor (which was 1 week old). But they did give me a free prescription to replace it.
I have heard that with Libre 2 plus that there is changes to the encryption so is currently unreadable by Xdrip+.
Juggluco will read it as it uses some Librelink libraries to do so.
I tried scanning with my Libre 2 reader this morning but it said no sensor and change sensor. But I have 2 days still to go.
OOP2 & Xdrip is still working fine.
I am getting occasionally signal loss on Xdrip and so watchdrip and My watch is not updating. I also get on my watch sometimes that sync has failed and to try syncing manually. (I do keep everything close). So I guess its Bluetooth that is the problem.
I have force stopped Libre Link, NFC...
I received my new Smartwatch yesterday. It was an Amazfit GTR2e.
It took a while all the tweaking of apps (OOp2, Xdrip+ & Watchdrip+) but I got there in the end and it all seems to be working fine and it is mirroring my Libre 2. So thanks to all for their suggestions.
Hi Simon,
I will look at the Vivoactive range a little closer.
SPO2 would be useful for me as I did suffer from Sleep Apnea for the last 3 years, but after my bypass operation, I was told by my specialist I no longer had it, so I no longer needed the CPAP machine, I also lost 7kg in weight...
Hi Simon,
The Garmin Fenix 6 is a bit too expensive for me. and looking at other Garmin's, they seem oriented towards sport. I am 73 and with my 2 recent operations, I need something geared more towards health. The Fitbit Sense and Galaxy 4 had heartrate, ECG, BP, SP02 & sleep amongst other...
Hi Ian
The smartwatch will mirror my Freestyle Libre 2 and as the latest update on the Libre 2 sends the data now every minute to your Phone, with an added app(s) to your phone and watch, it will mirror the data to your watch as well. With this I will not have to scan every time I want to know...
