I can't understand why anyone would opt out, i know it's a little uncomfortable but its free, its for your own good to catch problems before they get worse, and getting this disease was bad enough, i could not bear to think what mental hardship people go through from losing their sight.
Novomix 30 at the minute, 18 units, Morning and night, although on a few occasions this last couple of weeks I have been injecting upto 26 on some meals to try and tackle some high readings.

I was diagnosed at 19, however I have recently had highs of 23 and 20 as my current regime is not fitting in with my new shift pattern.

I am aglad i spotted this, i really just thought i was being a bit of an ass when my anger climbed on board. there are times i feel a rage building inside me, for no apparent reason and i have had to walk out of the room, as i know i am being irrational, but can't stop it.
The dda act is an article of law, not company policy, and is there to protect you, you don't have to fight, to enforce it, citizens advice and Google will be your friend in thus me thinks

i was advised on diganosis, to watch the sugar per 100g and i have never even looked at the carb reading, however when i hopefully change from the novomix30 regime to the bolus, this is (i am told) the main think counting the carbs.... i may be wrong
i have fallen foul of this couple of times, when suddenly feeling terrible. After that the offer of a free diet one doesn't really matter, as i feel so **** i just gave up.
the quick drop, is my biggest worry to start running again, i have done a few rides on my bike and my sugar has dropped to a safe level and remained so, but there is a 5k i would like to run this year.
