Also had IBS which was triggered by too much fat, so been low fat for decades.
After gradually introducing more fat into diet, seems to be resolved, rarely have problem now.
Now trying to find a way to maintain weight on about 100g carb a day

Now living in Normandy, in an approximately 600 year od manor house with my husband. He is doing most of the renovating. Me? General dogsbody, cook, laundress and gardener.
