Diagnosed 14 years ago after surgery
Was comatose so advised Insulin which I rejected. My fear was once embarked upon could never reverse.
Love of carbs clearly the culprit
Wish I knew Metformin was so toxic. Caused years of gastro problems and was never identified by my GP
New Low carb info is everywhere and have lost 31lbs in 20 weeks. ( Through Christmas, birthday, valentines. Mothers day yada yada)
Still fall of the wagon occasionally and feel awful after but is lifestyle change which takes time.
