Snooty Fox

Hi Everyone
I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 3 years ago, I still cant get my head around it.
I was given information on how to control it via diet/exercise.I have problems when my blood sugar drops as to what to eat. I do try to eat all the things like cereal /granary bread/ soups/vegetables.
But find I cannot do exercise due to having a spinal problem which also makes walking difficult.
I hope someone can give me some guidance as what I can do, I am new to the forum as I was having a look around the search engine
