i was ill with virus symptons ,and didnt eat for 3 days ,and i put on 2 ibs.can anyone explain this for me xx

i have reversed my diabetis ,but i still cant loose weight .i am on low carb plan .any suggestion.

my weight has stalled for 5 weeks on low carb .why is this?

I find aqueous emollient cream helps mine,you can get it at the chemist too,and I use antihistamines to help me sleep as my doc wont give me anything to help me sleep .its distressing wen u cant sleep .that can make ur sugar go uptoo xx

I took metformin and was very ill on them and I put on 9lbs .wud never take them again ,but iv heard many people take them and r ok xx

just thought id mention for a laugh .wen I was pregnant had to have 12 blood samples .not all at once but took most of the day .the student did them was walking down the hallway,suone bumped into him and he dropped the lot .had to do them all over again .seems funny now ,but it wasn't at the...

I tell the nurse a butterfly is best ,but they don't always take any notice and keep jabbing away .one time I nearly past out and started shaking,after about 6 times in different places and she still had to use a butterfly.xx

I do every time ,but I am overweight this doesn't help .iam trying to lose weight as I am diabetic and I too drink water before I go for test .I dnt think it helped much .still cudnt get it ,but in the end she did xx phew xx
