    Breakfast carbs

Thanks all. I do have a meter and have been checking bloods each week, but not before after breakfast. What's a good spike/bad spike range?

    Breakfast carbs

Good morning, Hope all are well. Would you consider a breakfast totalling 21g of carbs as being too high? (porridge, almond 0% milk, almonds and raisins). I have made adjustments to drop out rice/pasta and substitute with cauliflower/lentil pasta so happy with the evening carbs. All feedback...

    HB1AC and monitoring

Good morning all, In Sept 2020 I had a HB1AC of 59. The Doctor has expected this be lower after putting me on Metformin, 2 x 500 a day, 6 months earlier. I did explain to him that I was very hit and miss with the 2nd tablet of the day, at meal time, and told him I would be better and to try...
