Hi there typically no it won't just go away I've been diabetic 23 years and am suffering from neuropathy and have the same symptoms as u unfortunately all I can say it just gets worse anyone tell me if there is any chance that it will go away when I get my BS under control?

I have been taking antidepressants for 9years I have tried all types of counciling psycho therapy I find the only thing really works is knowing someone else is going through what I'm going through hope this helps
