I prefer to have either a quick slug of Lucozade or glucose solution (that I make up at home). It's quick to act and doesn't stick to the teeth. I've had Type 1 diabetes since 1969 and think that if I'd used jelly babies or similar, my teeth would have gone rotten by now! Buying a single one...
