Absolutely not, I would never eat animal products. I couldn't live with myself and actually I've now got the diabetes within a normal range and am coming off the meds. Power to plants! [emoji1364][emoji16]

Do you test when you first wake up? I would try testing about 45 minutes to an hour after getting up. Have a shower, get ready, move around a bit and make breakfast, then test before you eat it. Dont test again until at least 2 hours after breakfast. I reckon just being still for too long...
