12/17, HBA1C 42 (6%) Diagnosed Pre-diabetes
Went HCLF (wholefood plant based NO OILS OR ADDED FATS)
03/18 HBA1C 35 (5.4%)
Fasting blood glucose average of 4.9 mmol/l but been as low as 4.2 and sometimes up in the 5's and on 3 occasions as high as 6.2 / 6.6 and 6.5 for some reason...
Total cholesterol 5.9 (so keen to see that come down!)
80% carbs / 10 % fat / 10% Protein
Current weight 61kgs - 11 kgs more to lose to get back to my weight before baby.
Keeping an eye on things and continuing on.
