    Is this normal?

    I was diagnosed Type 1 at aged 10 and at 48 I developed retinopathy in my right eye leading to a bleed I stopped smoking and cut down drastically on drinking and started tested my blood sugar religiously. Since then things have improved and it was the wake up call I needed!

    Can't beat a glass of milk to bring you out of a hypo. Dextrosol tablets as a back up too.

    Changed Treshiba from night to morning

    Hi all I've been advised to take 30 units of Treshiba in the morning instead of bedtime as I was constantly waking up with hypos. It seems to be all over the place at the moment but I'm informed it will take a week or so to settle in. Anyone else recently changed from night to mornings? Steve
