Type 2 and just been diagnosed with Heart Failure :-( Any members diagnosed with this and can offer any advice?? Been put on 3 types of meds starting low then building up Felling gutted at the moment

Start the ExPERT course next week after being Type 2 for 13 years with very little support so no managed well. Found out today I have heart failure on my left side and old working at 20% of normal. Anyone tell me how they found thenExPERT course

Had mine on Monday and by Tuesday lunchtime I was in bed and remained there for 3 days :-( nicked me for 6!!! I have had it previously with no symptoms

Thanks, I am being referred to a specialist to deal with the Phobia now so hopefully will get this sorted

It's only my feet that I have a phobia over, ever since I had an ulcer a couple of years ago :-( Got problems again at the moment
