How do I calculated the amount - seems difficult to ascertain how much particularly with veggie burghers etc - simply put I eat too much !!

Thank you for your response no moral aspect - just prefer Quorn product but do not find the information on packets very helpful - being very newly diagnosed and of a venerable age I find the details on packages confusing - it seems my principal problem is knowing what portions - silly I eat...
