    Hi, Just wanted to share, 5 years T1 on Insuin and Metforming, was always having extremely high and low BG readings, but now my BG readings have signicicantly improved by a couple of simple changes :) I would advise taking insulin before you eat, possibly 5 mins (i find) I also take 1...
